Job Title: Construction Contract Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join our team at Parsons. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for administering construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and providing exceptional support to our project managers and construction managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Administer construction contracts on behalf of the owner/client, ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications.
- Payment and Claims Administration: Verify payment and resolve claims with contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports on contract costs, incremental contract funding, and project status, providing regular updates to the owner.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the Quality Assurance program, administer Non-Conformances, and ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Team Management: Supervise inspection and administration staff working on the project, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent combination of related experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction administration, with a proven track record of success in managing large infrastructure projects.
- Registration: PEO or OACETT registration in good standing.
- Skills: Proven analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to utilize computer software such as MS Word and Excel.
