About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our Land Development team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from tendering to completion, ensuring compliance with contract documents and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and interpret contract drawings and specifications, identifying and addressing any contractual or regulatory issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our Contract Administration and Construction Inspection team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • University degree or College diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, construction project management, or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
