Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary items.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives, including promoting the restaurant and its products to customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and electronic cash register systems.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Night Shift Premium: Eligible for night shift premium pay.
- Permanent Position: Permanent full-time position.
- English Language: English language required.
- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
