Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Operations and Logistics
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and quality of goods.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's finances, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets and cash reports.
- Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office and electronic cash registers.
- Criminal record check.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will also be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
