Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct a team of 5-10 people to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy is essential.
