Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people and overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement
- Lead and instruct team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Night shift premium
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language of work
