Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Clerk to join our team at Kent Legal. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception and general operations support, including greeting visitors, answering switchboard calls, and opening the firm.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, as well as maintain tidy and restock common areas.
  • Book and schedule boardrooms, close files, and send them to storage.
  • Organize and maintain the supply room, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a legal administrative role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Aptitude for using various document management systems and other technological applications.
  • Ability to lift and move file boxes (up to approx. 30 lbs).
  • Professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrative customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
