Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Clerk to join our team at Kent Legal. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception and general operations support, including greeting visitors, answering switchboard calls, and opening the firm.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, as well as maintain tidy and restock common areas.
- Book and schedule boardrooms, close files, and send them to storage.
- Organize and maintain the supply room, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working in a legal administrative role.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Aptitude for using various document management systems and other technological applications.
- Ability to lift and move file boxes (up to approx. 30 lbs).
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrative customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
