Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the office
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications
  • Organize and confirm appointments for legal staff
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for legal documents
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and edit documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and proper grammar
  • Perform basic accounting tasks as needed
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in the office is English.
