About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at De Haas Landscape Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
  • Organize and direct construction projects, including decks and decorative or retaining walls, to meet client expectations.
  • Provide technical advice to increase the value and functionality of properties, resolving work problems and improving outcomes.
  • Schedule work efficiently, managing resources and timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge, with a focus on lawn care.
Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
