Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Broker - Client Service Representative to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our client service team, you will work closely with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide exceptional service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review underwriting information from clients.
- Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
- Translate and review documentation.
- Prepare invoicing instructions.
- Respond to clients on insurance request certificates.
- Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
Requirements
- University degree in business or finance.
- Up to 2 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage.
- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented.
