General Manager
Verve Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at White Cliffe Terrace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the residence, ensuring exceptional resident care and services, and driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve occupancy goals and improve resident satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of department managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent resident care and services.
- Collaborate with regional management to achieve financial, occupancy, and service objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation and financial performance.
- Oversee marketing, advertising, and public relations activities to promote the residence and attract new residents.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in health care administration, long-term care, or hotel management.
- Proven work record in the hospitality or retirement industry.
- Exceptional English communication skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Food Handler and Smart Serve Certifications.
