About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Director - Health and Community Services. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in health, education, and social services, as well as experience in membership organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers and directors, delegate authority, and create working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in health, education, and social services
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and flexibility
