Verve Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living services, seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead our team at one of our retirement residences. Our employees strive to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults every day.
About the Role:
- Lead and contribute to the Verve Quality Improvement Program, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and outcomes.
- Manage home operations to meet financial, occupancy, and service goals, driving business growth and success.
- Ensure resident needs are assessed and recommendations are made for their well-being, promoting a culture of care and compassion.
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Supervise department managers and staff, ensuring high-quality resident services and a positive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
- Participate in marketing and public relations activities, promoting the Verve brand and values.
- Attend meetings and committees as required, fostering collaboration and communication across the organization.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in a related field, such as business administration or gerontology.
- Proven work experience in the retirement industry, with a track record of success and leadership.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in operations management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences and outcomes, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
