Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs related to health, education, social services, and community development.
  • Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our mission and values.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, staff, and community partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and coordination.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in negotiations or other official functions.
