Position Overview

The Tea Co. Limited is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects effectively. This role requires a strong background in project management and the ability to lead a team to achieve project goals.

Educational Requirements
  • No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitoring progress against milestones.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.
  • Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.

Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Required Tools and Equipment
  • Hard hat.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Experience Requirements
