Healthcare Administrative Coordinator

Education: Completion of secondary school diploma is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive medical histories.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Complete various insurance and claim documentation.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related itineraries.
- Establish and implement office protocols and procedures.
- Input and format electronic medical reports and correspondence, as well as prepare documents for review.
- Initiate and uphold confidential patient files and medical records.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
