Learning Consultant, Professional Practices

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Consultant to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a critical role in coordinating, designing, developing, delivering, and monitoring technical training content for our Internal Audit team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
- Collaborate with the Professional Practices Centre team members and audit team experts to create engaging and effective training content.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate office training and education, including new hire training, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 4 years of experience in a learning and development department or delivering training in a related field.
- A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex concepts to audiences with varying degrees of knowledge.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to successfully manage timelines, multiple projects, milestones, and critical paths.
