Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Panago, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
- Customer Relations: Address any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the culinary genres relevant to our establishment.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness in kitchen and work areas.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service.
