Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor at Frankie's Barbecue Grill involves overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This position is crucial in ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on food service operations.
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
