Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor revenue and labor costs to make informed decisions about staffing and resource allocation
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and materials to meet customer demand
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and build relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35-40 hours of work per week
