Job Details:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, share product knowledge, and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Interact with customers, colleagues, wholesale, and trade representatives, using great interpersonal skills.
  • Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, handling product, stock replenishment, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
  • Perform job rotational duties, which may include repetitive lifting of cases, standing continuously, and processing customer transactions.

Requirements:

  • You must be eligible to work in Canada and be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • You must agree to submit to a Criminal Background Check, at your own expense, prior to commencing work with the LCBO.
  • You must be available for work during peak business periods, including evenings and weekends.
  • You must be able to wear a light grey shirt, black pants, and black shoes for the duration of your shift.
