We are seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for our central Courier services division. This position is essential for the sorting and organization of internal correspondence, cash bags, and outgoing documentation for our courier operations, as well as managing courier pick-up schedules.

This role offers flexible working hours with a temporary casual arrangement.

Shifts: - adaptable; morning, afternoon, evening, and rotating weekend shifts.

Qualified candidates should possess customer service experience and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and allocate reports into the appropriate courier mail containers.
  • Handle incoming calls for pick-ups and communicate details to the courier dispatcher.
  • Sort and manage internal mail and cash bags returned from accounts receivable for distribution by couriers.
  • Deliver internal and external customer service as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and employment regulations at LifeLabs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 25lbs consistently, with repetitive movements and bending, turning, kneeling, and walking required.
  • Experience in customer service and teamwork.

This position requires in-person attendance.

Compensation Range: 18.52‬

The compensation range has been set, but the final salary will be influenced by experience level, educational background, market conditions, and internal equity.
