We are seeking a Logistics Dispatch Specialist to join our central Courier Services division. This position is crucial for the sorting and organization of internal correspondence, cash bags, and outgoing documentation for our courier operations, as well as managing courier pick-up schedules.

This role offers flexible working hours and is classified as a temporary casual position.

Shifts Available: Flexible morning, afternoon, evening, and rotating weekend shifts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and allocate reports into designated courier mail containers.
  • Handle incoming calls for pick-ups and communicate details to the courier dispatcher.
  • Sort and manage internal mail and cash bags returning from accounts receivable for courier distribution.
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and employment regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs consistently, including repetitive movements, bending, turning, kneeling, and walking.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This position requires in-person attendance.

Compensation: The hiring range is established based on experience, education, market conditions, and internal equity.
