About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Dispatcher to join our team at O/S Skydart Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews to ensure seamless transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Coordination: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Logistics Management: Maintain vehicle operator work records, schedule assignments, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations, and follow up on issues with work orders.
  • Record Keeping: Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and maintain accurate records of shipments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, client focus, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, electronic mail, spreadsheet, and GPS navigation equipment.
