Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Universal Health Pharmacy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The role will involve standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
