About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our multinational clients, navigating complex tax compliance and expenses associated with operating in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements, advising and assisting clients on planning opportunities, tax strategies, and compliance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, utilizing superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage client engagements, including corporate relationships, tax compliance, consulting, payroll, tax returns, tax equalizations, and client planning.
  • Manage a team providing consultative tax advice to help clients achieve tax savings.
  • Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential, creating a learning environment through leadership.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities and build relationships with our global network.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Canadian and/or US tax compliance for individuals.
  • Completion of a postsecondary undergraduate degree.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and/or US tax.
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and executing on client engagements while acting as a trusted business advisor.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism.
  • Strong sense of financial management.
  • Data and Analytics and/or AI experience is valuable.
