About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, advising on tax strategies, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements and advise on tax strategies and compliance issues
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients through superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage client relationships, including corporate relationships and lifecycle of individual Canadian and/or US tax compliance, consulting, payroll, tax returns, tax equalizations, tax authority inquiries, and client planning
  • Manage a team that provides superior consultative tax advice to help clients achieve tax savings
  • Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential and create a learning environment through leadership
  • Work with the team on business development opportunities and build relationships with our global network
  • Opportunities to be involved in various aspects of the business, such as business development, industry events, training, automation, and social events
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Canadian and/or US tax compliance for individuals
  • Completion of a post-secondary undergraduate degree
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and/or US tax
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and executing on client engagements while acting as a trusted business advisor
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism
  • Strong sense of financial management
  • Data and Analytics and/or AI experience is valuable
Preferred Qualifications
  • Canadian Professional designation (CPA)
  • US Professional designation (US CPA or EA)
  • Language skills – French or Mandarin
