We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at KUSHI CANNABIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Process Payments and handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Collaboratively with Colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Verify Customer Age for restricted products, such as lottery tickets, alcohol, and tobacco.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Retail Environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to Work a Variety of Shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
