We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier at Smoke & Vape 82 Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register Systems with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit sales.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process Transactions quickly and accurately, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace by adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Work Collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Stay Up-to-Date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
- Compile Sales Reports and provide insights to management to help drive business growth.
- Adhere to Company Policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and store operations.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Basic Math Skills to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to Stand for Extended Periods and move freely throughout the store.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent attendance and performance.
