About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our stores.
  • Sales and Operations: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
