Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience or equivalent.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
