Job Overview

The Tire Terminal Inc. is seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our store's daily activities and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills.
  • Manage inventory orders and maintain stock levels.
  • Create and manage work schedules for team members.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management processes.
  • Coordinate activities among team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff as needed.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
