About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that stock is properly managed.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing analysis and recommendations for improving sales performance.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all security and safety protocols are in place and followed, including conducting regular security audits and implementing measures to prevent theft and loss.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
  • Team Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of sales staff.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
