Retail Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at TruMechanic Truck Services Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that merchandise is properly stored and secured.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
