About the Role

Meadowvale Ford Sales & Service Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that our stock levels are accurate and that we are not overstocking or understocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing analysis and recommendations for improving sales performance.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Security and Safety

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
