Job Title: Associate Manager, Account Management

Join the Deciem Beauty Group team as an Associate Manager, Account Management, and take on a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through technical email builds and data reporting & analysis of our CRM campaigns and automations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM Email Journey programs end to end to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities, collaborating with technical teams and agencies on requirements and ROI.
  • Develop, QA, and deploy all marketing email assets to support all activations such as Campaigns, Always on, Promotions, Loyalty etc. and account for localized translations where applicable.
  • Manage and optimize CRM Programs, activations and content through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization using P1 data.
  • Manage CRM performance reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) of activations and track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor CRM performance, providing actionable insights to steer email strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM / email platform management.
  • Proven experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar technologies like Responsys and Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of international data compliance laws (CASL, GDPR, etc.).
  • HTML, CSS, and basic SQL skills are a must.
  • Experience working in eCommerce, beauty industry and/or with loyalty programs is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
