About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at Page Property Management. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Documentation: Produce accurate and detailed reports on security incidents, including any relevant details and recommendations for improvement.
  • Security Operations: Operate security control room equipment, including cameras and alarms, to monitor and respond to security threats.
  • Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: Ensure that all necessary background checks are completed and up-to-date.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and effective security operations.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and move objects as needed.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively convey security information and respond to inquiries.
  • Judgement: Make sound judgements in high-pressure situations to ensure the safety and security of our properties and assets.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate a high level of reliability and accountability in performing security duties.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with other security personnel and departments to achieve common goals.
