About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Page Property Management. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce Regulations and Maintain Order

Ensure that all regulations and policies are enforced to maintain a safe and secure environment for our tenants and staff.

Patrol Assigned Areas

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor activities and prevent any potential security threats.

Monitor Establishment Activities

Monitor the activities of tenants and staff to ensure that they are complying with all regulations and policies.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 month of experience in a security-related role is preferred.

Skills
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Excellent Oral Communication

Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, staff, and law enforcement agencies.

Judgement

Ability to make sound judgements in high-pressure situations.

Reliability

High level of reliability and trustworthiness is required for this role.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand for extended periods and walk for long distances is required.
