Key Responsibilities
The Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for orchestrating and executing collaborative marketing initiatives with Nasdaq Verafin's corporate partners. As a vital member of the Lead Generation team, you will strategically identify and engage with partners to attract potential clients and support our sales efforts.

  1. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Corporate Partnerships, Business Development) to pinpoint strategic partnerships and lead generation opportunities.
  2. Influence the strategies of internal teams to achieve targeted outcomes.
  3. Establish and nurture marketing relationships with key external organizations.
  4. Coordinate with external entities (e.g., State Banking Associations, Technical Partners, National Industry Organizations) to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns.
  5. Prioritize incoming requests based on business requirements in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Track and communicate campaign progress to partners and internal stakeholders.
  7. Identify new marketing avenues aligned with corporate and product strategies.
  8. Utilize your time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  2. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  3. Ability to adapt to shifting business and industry priorities.
  4. Strong, articulate, and professional communication skills.
  5. Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external organizations.
  6. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to seeking information and solutions.
  7. Experience in marketing with external organizations is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with Salesforce for data management is advantageous.

  2. Maximizing returns on partner relationships and surpassing targets as a result of these initiatives.
  3. Effective organization and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
