Position Overview
As a Lead HR Strategic Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic human resources support to the organization, focusing on the complete employee life cycle, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to deliver senior-level strategic guidance, coaching, and support throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Gain insights into the business sector you support to offer informed HR advice and strategies.
  • Lead the annual Talent Management processes, assisting leaders and employees in fulfilling related activities.
  • Oversee the annual Workforce Planning initiatives.
  • Enhance the overall employee experience in alignment with HR strategies and objectives.
  • Act as a risk management advisor, keeping leaders informed of employee relations issues and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze HR data for reporting purposes.
  • Provide monthly HR stewardship and reporting to business leaders to ensure effective HR solutions are implemented.
  • Support recruitment efforts to fulfill workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
  • Work in partnership with HR COEs to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Engage in HR and business projects to meet organizational needs, focusing on effectiveness and talent development.
  • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated on strategic HR operations and industry changes.

  • Experience with HRIS systems.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of operational HR experience.
  • CPHR designation is an asset.
