Key Responsibilities
The Partner Marketing Specialist will orchestrate and manage collaborative marketing initiatives with Nasdaq Verafin's corporate partners. As part of the Lead Generation team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with internal departments (such as Corporate Partnerships and Business Development) to pinpoint strategic alliances and lead generation opportunities.
  2. Influencing the strategies of internal teams to achieve targeted outcomes.
  3. Establishing and nurturing marketing relationships with significant external entities.
  4. Coordinating with external organizations (including State Banking Associations and National Industry Organizations) to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns.
  5. Prioritizing incoming requests based on business requirements in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Tracking and reporting on campaign progress to both partners and internal stakeholders.
  7. Identifying new marketing avenues that align with corporate and product strategies.
  8. Utilizing strong time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
  2. Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
  3. The capacity to adapt to shifting business and industry demands.
  4. Strong, clear, and professional communication skills.
  5. The ability to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  6. A self-driven approach to seeking information and solutions.
  7. Experience in marketing with external organizations is advantageous.
  8. Familiarity with Salesforce for data management is a plus.
