Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practical Nursing Instructor to join our team at CDI College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, evaluating student performance, and contributing to the development of curriculum and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging and effective instructional content that meets module and program objectives.
  • Student Evaluation: Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently, providing constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional materials, ensuring they are relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to enhance the student experience, including participating in College and Program Activities.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance teaching and learning.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Current license with BCCNM, one year of teaching experience, three or more recent full-time years' experience in the field, and a degree or diploma from a recognized University or College in a relevant discipline.
  • Skills and Abilities: Relevant industry skills and knowledge, interest in pedagogical and multi-modal education approaches, advanced oral and written communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire students, and high standards of behavior.
