Position Overview:

As a Content Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing communication strategy. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling messages and claims for product launches and campaigns, ensuring alignment across various marketing and sales platforms. You will collaborate closely with our Content Planner and Creative Studio, as well as external partners, to manage resources and oversee the entire content creation process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of engaging written and visual content that resonates with our brand values and positions Sonova as a leader in technology and thought.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of content assets across multiple brands and channels globally, ensuring a cohesive consumer experience.
  • Maintain clarity in messaging across all platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate identity standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
  • Ensure that all critical launch aspects comply with regulatory standards.
  • Act as the final quality reviewer for English-language content, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Prepare high-quality content for our global marketing database and facilitate its distribution.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital technology and content marketing, promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and developing both print and digital marketing content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
