Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, including maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
