Human Resources Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Development Specialist to join our team at The North Transportation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development and Implementation
Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Staff Training and DevelopmentDesign and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, with a focus on improving performance and productivity.
Performance ManagementCo-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
Training and Development StrategiesDevelop and implement training and development strategies that support the growth and development of our staff.
Staff Supervision and ManagementHire, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their job duties effectively.
Employee Consultation and Grievance ProceduresOrganize and facilitate employee consultation and grievance procedures to ensure that staff are able to raise concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Recruitment and HiringRecruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions, with a focus on finding the best candidates for the job.
Coaching and DevelopmentProvide coaching and development opportunities to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their career goals.
Process ImprovementPropose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to ensure that our HR processes are efficient and effective.
Requirements- Education
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a human resources role is required.
Skills and AbilitiesThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Personal SuitabilityThe successful candidate will be organized, a team player, and have a strong sense of accountability.
