The North Transportation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Training and Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of our staff
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Assess training needs and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
