Job Summary

The North Transportation is seeking a highly skilled Staff Training and Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our staff
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate staff performance
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the goals and objectives of the department.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
