Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate, Leadership Giving to join our Marketing team. This role will support mid-value donor segment initiatives, engaging donors through a combination of direct 1:1 fundraising and execution of marketing campaigns. Gifts within this segment range from $5,000 to $50,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Actively manage and grow a portfolio of current and prospective donors, leveraging multiple channels within the marketing and sales mix.
  2. Support initiatives to engage lapsed donors and diverse community segments.
  3. Work closely with the Leadership Giving team to support reporting and data infrastructure, adhering to best practices in database management.
  4. Develop reporting and forecasts for the program and provide input into analyses.
  5. Provide ongoing relationship management to donors and foundations, including identification, solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship.
  6. Ensure outcome of donor discussions and follow-up actions are recorded in the donor database.
  7. Support development of fundraising proposals as required.
  8. Support the development and execution of Leadership Giving marketing initiatives, including the briefing process, creative development, deployment, and post-campaign reporting.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate individual who is interested in making a difference. The ideal candidate will have a certificate or degree in marketing and/or fundraising, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong business and financial acumen, analytical and financial experience, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
