Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Regulatory Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of regulatory policies and procedures to identify areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying areas of non-compliance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update knowledge management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as economics, finance, public policy, law, or business.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes.
