Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Administer policy changes, ensuring seamless implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Support: Provide clients with accurate and timely information, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Produce high-quality reports, maintain internal record-keeping systems, and ensure accurate data management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce policies and procedures, develop new policies, and consult with government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
  • Licensing and Certifications: Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place and maintain knowledge of licensing regulations.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
